Refund Policy: Clients will be refunded 50% of the session cost if cancelations are made 24-48 hours before the session time. Clients will be charged the full session price for any last minute cancelations made less than 24 hours before the agreed upon session time. Weather and emergencies are an exception and will be discussed if this situation occurs. (Wedding sessions have a slightly different refund policy which can be viewed in the Services section of this website.)
Copyright Rules: Although photos taken by Callie Ann Photography may be used for promotion and commercial use. All copyrights belong to Callie Ann Photography. Each photo contains a copyright in the metadata. Any violations to the copyright laws will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Callie Ann Photography reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, undiscussed promotions, spam, etc, will not be tolerated. If client exhibits any of these negative behaviors Callie Ann Photography reserves the right to cancel any previously scheduled and paid for photoshoot with no refund to the client.
